Where can I find my Tax Invoice and Statement? How do I fund my account?

SIMcontrol will automatically send out a Tax Invoice on the first day of every month to account owners. This will show all the costs incurred in the previous month. You can add additional e-mail addresses to receive invoices under "Settings" /  "Custom Invoice Email Addresses"


Invoices and Statements 

Admin users only: You can find a copy of your previous Tax Invoices and Statements under the Organisation / Documents menu. (If you are not an Admin user, please ask your account owner to access the Documents tab or ask them to add your e-mail address under settings). 




Custom Statements

You can create a custom statement (selected date range) by using the "Generate Custom Statement" tool.
(If you are not an Admin user, please ask your account owner to access the invoice tab or become an Admin user.  


Pro-Forma Invoice

As SIMcontrol is a pre-funded service, you may require a Pro-Forma invoice to make a payment. This is how you request a Pro-Forma invoice. (Admin users only)

These are the payment methods for each country. This shows you how to make a payment and fund your account.
