As a user of SIMcontrol, you can elect to receive specific alerts via email.
Daily Recharge Digest Mail
An early morning e-mail summary of all the previous day's activity on your account including SIM additions, suspension and recharges. This also shows failed recharges or recharges that were not allowed because of recharge rule limits. It also shows your Account Balance as at 00h00.
Account Balance Threshold Exceeded Mail
The account owner can set up a Account Balance level at which you are reminded to top up your account. The default is R0.00, but you can pick any level under Organisation / Settings.
Invoice Mail
This is the monthly Tax Invoice that is system generated and sent out on the 1st of every month, showing all costs for the previous month.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to all mailers under the My Profile tab:
