How do I add or suspend SIM cards on the SIMcontrol service?

You can add or suspend SIMs directly on the SIMcontrol website. Because there are no long-term contracts you can add or suspend SIMs as needed.

Before adding a SIM, it's best to make sure you have set up recharge rules. This allows you to also link a recharge rule when adding a SIM. You can also do this later if you wish.

To add SIMs in bulk:

- Go to the "SIMs" tab

- Click on "Bulk Add SIMs"

- Choose the mobile network, then insert (paste) the tel numbers (MSISDN), followed by a comma, followed by a custom SIM descrition (optional - this can be any reference you choose). Each MSISDN should be on a new line.

- If you want to directly link them to a recharge rule while adding, choose the recharge rule and save. If you don't want to link them to a rule, do not select a rule.

- Click on Add SIMs

To add a single SIM:

- Go to the "SIMs" tab.

- Click on "Add a SIM".

- Insert the number, pick a network. If you want to directly link the SIM to a recharge rule while adding, choose the recharge rule and save. If you don't want to link it to a rule, do not select a rule. Add a custom SIM description (optional - this can be any reference you choose).

- Click on Add

To suspend a SIM:

- Go to the "SIMs" tab

- Search for the SIM and click on the SIM number (MSISDN)

- Move the SIM Status slider to "Suspended"
