Yes, a suspended prepaid SIM will not incur any fees or recharge costs. SIMs can be re-activated as long as it is still active on the network.
Important: Mobile networks may delete or recycle inactive SIMs after a specific time period of no usage (typically 90 days). Please see SIM activity rules per network.
