South Africa
EFT: (Preferred payment method)
We accept EFT or direct bank deposits into any of our South African bank accounts. If you do an immediate payment into our FNB or ABSA accounts using your account number, payments are allocated automatically within a few minutes.
You can get the banking details by requesting a Proforma Invoice. (Admin Users Only)
Credit Card:
We also Accept Credit Card payments. A 3% fee is charged for this payment method.
Debit Order:
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and fraud risk, debit orders are not available. You can however set up a "Scheduled Payment" through internet banking to deposit a set amount every month.
Security Deposit:
Should you wish to set up an "overdraft" on your account, this can be arranged with our accounts team against a security deposit. This will allow your account to go into the negative without disrupting the service.
Namibia
We accept EFT or direct bank deposits into the Windhoek Digital Communications Namibian bank account.
You can get the banking details by requesting a Proforma Invoice. (Admin Users Only)
Kenya
We accept EFT or direct bank deposits into our Kenyan bank account. We also accept mPesa or Pesapal payments.

Zimbabwe
We only accept payments into the Ecocash wallet of Flickswitch Zimbabwe.
You can get the banking details by requesting a Proforma Invoice. (Admin Users Only)
Zambia
Payments are handled by our partner in Zambia. They accept direct bank deposits into the BroadPay bank account in Zambia.
