How do I request a Proforma Invoice for funding my account?

Because our service is pre-funded, you need to fund your account with credit (funds) via EFT / direct bank deposit / mobile money, depending on the country you are in. You will only get a Tax Invoice on the 1st of every month, reflecting the previous month's actual spend. 


Should you need a Proforma Invoice to request a payment for account top-up, you can request one on the SIMcontrol website under "Organisation" / "Proforma Invoice" (Admin Users Only)


This Proforma invoice will also show the bank account / payment details to use. Please use your account number as reference for quickest payment allocation.
