SIMs may stop recharging due to the following reasons:
Account has run out of funds
Check your account balance under the "Account" tab. You must have funds available to cover any recharges.
Your recharge rules do not allow recharges
Check the recharge rule that the SIM is linked to. It may only allow a certain number of recharges per month. This limit may have been reached.
Click on "Recharges" to view your recharges status and reasons why a recharge did not go through.
