How do I get notified if a SIM did not get recharged?

You will receive a daily SIMcontrol Daily Activity Summary e-mail each morning that is a summary of the previous day's events on your account.


This will show the number of SIMs that had successful recharges, as well as those that did not recharge. Click on the link to see which SIMs were not recharged.

If you want to check if there are any failed recharges right now (i.e. between receiving the Daily Activity Summary mailer) you can log in to SIMcontrol at any time and: 


- Go to Recharges menu

- Click on Filter By

- Choose Failed

- Choose the Failure type. If you are looking for SIMs that did not recharge due to the rule not allowing it, choose Recharge Rule Count Exceeded


This will now show all the SIMs that did not recharge, and that may need a manual recharge. 

You can also change the rule to allow more recharges per month - the SIMs will then automatically be recharged on the balance check run.
