SIMs can easily be suspended on the SIMcontrol platform. This means they will no longer be monitored (no fees) and no recharges will occur.
To suspend a SIM, click on the SIM number and moved the "Managed" switch to "Inactive".
SIMs can never be totally deleted from the platform, as we keep a record of past SIM activity and recharges.
To suspend SIM in bulk, find more info here.
Re-activate (unsuspend) a SIM
Should you wish to re-activate a SIM on SIMcontrol, search for the SIM on the SIMs tab - make sure to filter under "Managed" by "All" or "Suspended" to find the SIM.
On the SIM profile, move the "Managed" switch to "Active". The SIM will now again be monitored and recharged.
Please be aware of SIM expiry rules before re-activating a SIM, as it may have been recycled by the network. More info on SIM expiry here.
