How do I order SIMs?

South Africa

We bulk supply, RICA and activate SIM cards from all major mobile networks in bulk to our approves business customers (not consumers).

Prepaid & Global Roaming SIMs:

Option 1: Use the "Order SIMs" button on the SIMs screen.

Option 2: Send an e-mail to support@flickswitch.co.za.

Please include the following:

Account name/number: i.e. ZAXXXXXX

Mobile Network & SIM type: i.e. Vodacom Business Flexi, MTN Prepaid, Telkom, Roaming SIM Type

Delivery address and contact number: For courier delivery

Prepaid SIM order lead times:

Up to 500 SIMs - please allows 3 to 5 working days + shipping.

MTN & Telkom orders may take longer due to manual activation.

Contract SIM order lead times:

We take care of ordering and provisioning of contract SIMs from Vodacom and MTN.
