Prepaid & Global Roaming SIMs:
Option 1: Use the "Order SIMs" button on the SIMs screen.
Option 2: Click on the "Support" button under the User menu on the SIMcontrol platform and submit your order via a new support ticket.
Option 3: Send an e-mail to support@flickswitch.co.za.
Please include the following:
Account name/number: i.e. ZAXXXXXX
Mobile Network: i.e. Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, Roaming SIM Type
Delivery address and contact number: For courier delivery
Prepaid SIM order lead times: (South Africa)
Up to 500 SIMs - please allows 2 to 4 working days + shipping.
MTN & Telkom orders may take longer due to manual activation.
Contract SIMs: Managed APN / M2M & Enterprise Contract SIMs
Contact us for APN and contract SIM options. We take care of ordering and provisioning of contract SIMs from Vodacom and MTN.
