How do I suspend SIMs in bulk?

You can suspend SIMs from the SIMcontrol platform at any time. This means the SIMs will not be monitored or recharged. 

Note that SIMs will still remain active on the network. This action does not disable the SIM from the mobile network. 

Step 1: 

From the SIM tab, select the SIMs you would like to suspend. You can also use "Filter By" to find SIMs.  

Step 2: 

Click on the "Suspend" (trashcan) icon and then confirm your SIM suspensions.  

If you need to add or suspend specific lists of SIMs simply send these to our support team to action.
