Prepaid
Yes, a suspended prepaid SIM will not incur any fees or recharge costs. SIM can be re-activated as long as it is still active on the network.
Important: Mobile networks may delete/recycle inactive SIMs after a specific time period of no usage (typically 90 days) . Please see SIM activity rules per network here.
Always test SIMs before deployment.
Contract (On Billed)
On billed contract SIMs can not be suspended on the platform. Please send you cancellation request to support@flickswitch.co.za and we will process the cancellation with the network. Notice periods apply as per the SIM's network tariff.
