New SIMs that are added will not necessarily reflect airtime, data or SMS balances immediately. This will only reflect once we have done the first balance check. It could take up to 12 hours for new SIMs to reflect a balance.
If you need to use a new SIM immediately, you can load some airtime or data manually on the SIM using the "Recharge Now" option.
If no balance is shown after 12 hours, the SIM is either on a network that does not support balance lookups or it is a contract SIM.
