Prepaid and Top-Up contract SIMs
SIM balances are monitored periodically between 1 and 3 times per day. This depends on the specific mobile network and is typically checked at least once overnight.
There are various network factors that influence this, but you can be assured that the data you see on the SIMcontrol portal is accurate as of the last 24 hours. To be extra safe, make sure your minimum recharge level is set at a level that will at least cover one day’s use.
If your minimum recharge threshold is set up correctly it will ensure a SIM will not run out of data.
Check the latest SIM balance by requesting a live balance update:
1) Click on the SIM's number in the SIMs tab
2) Go to "SIM Actions" and click on "Balance Check SIM"
The balance will now update.

Managed APN SIMs
Data quota balances are monitored every 60 seconds.
