How do account payments work?

SIMcontrol works on a pre-funded basis. This means you have complete real-time visibility over your overall spend and can not be surprised by bill shock.

 

Recharges: We monitor your SIM cards and recharge them with data bundles or airtime on your behalf as allowed by your custom recharge rules. Because the SIM monitoring and recharge process is done automatically, you need positive credit in your account at all times.


Fees: We deduct service fees from your account on the 1st of the month, or as SIMs are added during the month. SIM orders and ad-hoc fees (like courier) are also processed against the same account. 


Pro-forma Invoice: You can request a Proforma invoice (to process account payments against) directly from the SIMcontrol platform (admin users only). 


Tax Invoice: You will receive a tax invoice on the 1st of every month, reflecting the actual spend in the previous month.
