New SIMcontrol Platform (June 2020)

Why the change? 

Website front-end technology is constantly changing. To ensure the SIMcontrol site remains fast, responsive and scalable we have released a new SIMcontrol platform.  

What has changed?

The basic functionality remains unchanged. You will still find a similar layout and functionality.  

After the initial load, the new site should be much faster to use and retrieve information. 

We have also introduced these new features: 

Bulk Manual Recharges

You can now choose a batch of SIMs on SIMcontrol, and manually recharge them with data or airtime in one go.    

1 - Go to the SIMs screen. Use the Filter button to show the SIMs you are looking for, or sort using one of the columns:

2 - Select individual SIMs, or select all the SIMs on your list:

3 - Click on the Recharge icon:

4 - Choose a data bundle or airtime value and confirm your recharges

User Levels

You are now able to assign different user levels to each user.

Owner: The main user who set up the account

Admin: Access to all functions, including managing other users.

Member: Access to all functions, except user management account settings.

View Only: Can only view pages, and not perform any changes or recharges. Can send SMS to SIMs for debugging.

1 - To manage users, click on the "Manage Users" tab (Owner and Admin users only):
