How do I log a support query?

You can log a query with our support team by creating a support ticket.

Our support team will get back to you a.s.a.p - we aim to respond within al least 4 business hours (08h00 to 17h00 - Monday to Friday GMT+2). Support tickets are screened after hours & over weekend for critical (P1) incidents.

There are two ways to log a support ticket:


1) Create a ticket directly on the Help Centre or by clicking on the "Support" icon on the SIMcontrol platform.

2) E-mail the query to support@simcontrol.co.za. Give us as much information as possible, including example SIM numbers and a description of the issue experienced.



You will receive a confirmation e-mail with ticket number for your reference. You can follow the progress of your ticket by clicking on the link provided.

For urgent support, please call our Technical Support line on 087 943 7222 (or +27 21 201 1494 from outside South Africa).
