How do I log a support query?

You can log a query with our support team by creating a support ticket. Our operations team will get back to you a.s.a.p - we try and respond within 4 business hours (08h00 to 17h00 - Monday to Friday GMT+2). 


There are two ways to log a support ticket: 


1) Create a ticket directly on the Help Centre or by clicking on the "Need Support" icon on the SIMcontrol platform.

2) E-mail the query to support@flickswitch.co.za. Give us as much information as possible.



You will receive a confirmation e-mail with ticket number for your reference. You can follow the process of your ticket by clicking on the link provided.
