When your account balance (the pre-funded credit you have in your account) reaches a specific level, the system can alert you via e-mail.
Admin users can set up or change the limit under Organisation / Settings / Email Balance Notifications.
To activate or de-activate your user to receive these e-mail notifications, go to My Profile / Manage Email Preferences, Email Preferences, Account Balance Threshold Exceeded Mail.
The threshold limit can only be changed by Admin users. All other users can subscribe to this alert, but cannot edit the alert level.
