Managed APN: The SIMcontrol platform shows SIM Session History for the last 7 days.
This table shows State, Network, Reasons, Started At, Ended At and Data Used.
Example:
A Session State can be one of the following: In Session, Ended, Auth Rejected.
Auth Rejected can have one of the following reasons:
| Auth Rejected reason | Description | Remedial Action |
| SIM Locked | SIM Connectivity was locked | Unlock SIM by using the Network Lock Status slider on the SIM Profile |
| Auth Rate Limit | Device is attempting too many concurrent authentication sessions. Current rate limiting is more than 2 attempts within 10 second window. | Reconfigure device and change attempt timing to > 10 seconds + |
| Quota Depleted | SIM has run out of allowed data quota | Top up sim using the "SIM Action" / "Recharge" function or change Quota Usage Rule to allow for more data usage. |
| No Org Bundle Available | APN Pooled Data Bundle is depleted | Purchase another pooled data bundle, and ensure automated Refill Rule is set up correctly. |
| CIDR Full | Dedicated IP ranges need to be updated | Contact Support |
