SIM Data Quota Notifications on Managed APN

On Managed APN SIMs, you can activate e-mail notifications that will notify selected users when any SIM on the Managed APN has consumer 80% and 100% of its initially allowed quota.

These notifications can be activated under "Account" / "Settings".



The 80% e-mail notification is sent upon reaching 80% use of a SIM's allowable data quota. It doesn't take into account if there are any quota top-ups applied after the initial monthly quota. 


The 100% e-mail notification is sent upon 100% of allowable data quota being used if there are no top-ups. If there are top-ups then the 100% e-mail notification gets sent once all quota and all top-up quota data has been consumed.


If you manually top-up an APN SIM or edit the Quota Rule by increasing the number of top-ups you won't get another notification for the given calendar month , i.e. only one notification is triggered per SIM per calendar month.
