If you receive this error or one that states ""The SIM is suspended on another organisation's account"
when add a SIM to SIMcontrol, it probably means that the MSISDN (number) was previously active on another account. This typically happens when mobile networks recycle inactive MSISD number, and re-issue them on new SIMs.
Please contact our support team, and they will get this error fixed and your SIM added.
