APN Debug Session Tool

The debug session tool has been built for troubleshooting APN connectivity issues. If you notice you are experiencing connectivity issues with your device, you can use the debug session tool to check if sessions have data flowing in and out.


To access it navigate to an APN SIM and scroll down to the SIM Session History table. Select the Debug Session button.


A modal will popup that shows more detail on the active session. 



Interim Update

An interim update indicates that an active data session is currently underway. This means that data is either being sent to or received from your device.


Reset Connection

When you reset the connection, the session will temporarily be terminated. All data in and out will immediately stop. Once the device attempts to reconnect, a new data session will be initiated.
