When a SIM is managed through SIMcontrol, you also get specialist technical support services from our trained support team. This means that you don't need to use standard mobile network call centres.
We have almost 10 years of SIM management experience in various African countries.
In some countires we also take care of SIM card supply, RICA/KYC registration, provisioning and activation.

Outside of these hours you are still able to contact the standard network operator support services.
